Cancellation & Refund Policy
Edobb MentorHub Private Limited (“Edobb”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates a mentor-driven digital platform that facilitates live mentorship sessions, recorded content access, premium one-to-one engagements, and platform-enabled learning services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all bookings, subscriptions, and premium services offered through www.edobb.com
and is applicable to both seekers and mentors. By accessing, booking, or subscribing to any service on the platform, users acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of a booked mentorship session by a seeker is permitted only when the seeker provides prior written intimation by emailing info@edobb.com
from the registered email address before the scheduled session time. If such cancellation is accepted and the session is with the same mentor, the seeker will be granted access to the recorded version of the session through their Edobb login for a limited and predefined viewing period. If the seeker chooses not to access the recording and instead requests a replacement with a different mentor, the seeker shall be required to pay any additional mentor fees, applicable taxes, banking charges, platform fees, and processing charges. Any fee difference arising from mentor replacement shall be borne entirely by the seeker, and previously paid amounts shall not be adjusted beyond what is expressly permitted under this policy.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not applicable for replaying recorded sessions once the permitted access period has expired, particularly for premium or bundled packages. In cases where a refund request is considered for premium services, a non-refundable processing charge of ₹3,000 shall be deducted upfront, along with all applicable taxes, banking charges, and platform fees. Additionally, if premium services or platform benefits have been utilized for up to three (3) months from the date of activation, the corresponding three-month service value shall be deducted from any refundable amount. If premium services are utilized for more than three months, no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances, as the services shall be deemed substantially consumed.
- For mentors enrolled in premium plans or platform-supported programs, fees paid are non-refundable once mentor benefits such as visibility, session hosting tools, platform access, or monetization features are activated. In such cases, a non-refundable service charge of ₹5,000 shall apply, along with deduction of all applicable taxes, banking charges, and platform fees. A grace period of up to three (3) months may be provided for utilization of premium mentor services where applicable; however, any usage beyond this period shall result in complete forfeiture of refund eligibility. Refunds shall not be provided for services already rendered, benefits consumed, or opportunities made available through the platform.
- Any penalties imposed on seekers or mentors due to late cancellations, no-shows, policy violations, misuse of platform features, or breach of Edobb’s Terms of Service are strictly non-refundable. Edobb MentorHub Private Limited shall not be liable to refund any penalties, charges, or deductions applied in accordance with this policy, regardless of the reason for discontinuation or non-usage.

All refund decisions shall be made at the sole discretion of Edobb MentorHub Private Limited, based on service usage records, platform logs, and compliance with this policy and applicable laws. Edobb reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time, with such changes becoming effective immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after any such updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
