Edobb MentorHub Private Limited (“Edobb”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates as a technology-enabled mentorship platform that facilitates connections between mentors and seekers across diverse skills, interests, and experiential domains. Edobb does not itself provide professional, technical, medical, legal, financial, or regulated advisory services. All guidance, opinions, recommendations, and information shared through live sessions, recorded content, messages, or materials are provided independently by mentors based on their personal knowledge, experience, and expertise, and are intended solely for general informational and educational purposes.

• While Edobb takes reasonable measures to curate mentor profiles, verify credentials where applicable, and present reviews, ratings, and recorded references to assist seekers in making informed choices, Edobb does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or outcomes of any mentorship session, content, or interaction. Seekers are solely responsible for evaluating the relevance and applicability of the guidance received and for making their own decisions based on such interactions. Edobb shall not be held responsible for any actions taken, decisions made, or outcomes arising from reliance on mentor-provided information or platform-facilitated interactions.
• Edobb provides platform tools, scheduling systems, payment facilitation, content access, and discovery mechanisms on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Although reasonable efforts are made to ensure uninterrupted access, secure transactions, and accurate information display, Edobb does not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical limitations beyond its reasonable control. Temporary disruptions, delays, or access restrictions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or external factors.
• Mentors listed on the platform act as independent service providers and not as employees, agents, or representatives of Edobb MentorHub Private Limited. Any contractual, professional, or personal relationship formed through the platform is strictly between the mentor and the seeker. Edobb does not endorse, supervise, or control the content of individual sessions and shall not be liable for any disputes, losses, damages, or dissatisfaction arising from mentor-seeker interactions, including but not limited to session quality, availability, or perceived outcomes.

• By accessing or using Edobb’s Services, users acknowledge and agree that mentorship outcomes are subjective and may vary based on individual effort, engagement, and circumstances. Edobb expressly disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of the platform, mentor interactions, or content access, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of this Disclaimer Policy, which may be updated periodically to reflect evolving legal, operational, or platform requirements.
