Nature of the Platform

Edobb is an online technology platform that enables users to connect for learning, mentoring, tutoring, coaching, consulting, skill development, knowledge sharing, and other lawful professional or educational activities. Users may participate on the Platform as Mentors, Seekers, or both. Edobb provides technology infrastructure for user registration, profile management, communication, scheduling, content sharing, assessments, payments, live sessions, and related activities. Edobb acts solely as a technology platform and marketplace. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Mentors and Seekers are independent users of the Platform and are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or contractors of Edobb. Edobb does not guarantee the quality, suitability, legality, availability, effectiveness, or outcome of any services offered through the Platform.

Eligibility

Edobb is an online platform accessible globally through the internet and mobile applications. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to them. Individuals under the age of 18 who access or use the Platform do so under the responsibility, supervision, and authority of their parent or legal guardian. Parents and legal guardians are solely responsible for monitoring and supervising the activities of minors who access or use Edobb. By allowing a minor to access or use the Platform, the parent or legal guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor's conduct, communications, activities, transactions, and use of the Services. Edobb shall not be responsible for independently verifying the age of users or obtaining parental consent except where required by applicable law.

All content available on Edobb—including mentor profiles, session materials, recordings, platform tools, curated references, designs, text, graphics, software, and technology—is either owned by Edobb MentorHub Private Limited or licensed for use on the platform. This intellectual property is protected under applicable laws and is made available solely for personal and lawful use within the scope of the Services. Edobb's content ecosystem is carefully curated to ensure quality, relevance, and value, and users are expected to respect these rights while engaging with the platform.

Service Model & Access

Edobb does not follow a traditional renewal-based access model. Instead, services are designed around flexible usage, topic-based engagement, and value-driven participation that encourages long-term relationships between mentors and seekers. This approach allows users to engage meaningfully, return voluntarily, and build ongoing learning or guidance journeys without forced renewals—supporting higher lifetime value through trust, satisfaction, and outcomes rather than obligation.
